The Sino-Nasal Outcome Test (SNOT) turns 25-years-old this year!

Created in 1992 by Dr. Jay Piccirillo, SNOT is now used across the world as a measure of rhinosinusitis health-status and quality of life. It has been validated internationally, and cited in the literature more than 1,000 times. Since its creation, SNOT has changed from its original version, the RSOM-31, to the SNOT-20, SNOT-16, and the SNOT-22. The SNOT is used in more than 35 countries and has been translated into 40 languages (for a list of available languages: SNOT ).
